Occasionally, some flowers do go out of stock. When this happens, we’ll automatically substitute them with flowers of similar or higher value while maintaining the overall look of your arrangement – at no extra cost.
Our flowers are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We also ensure our delivery vendor handles each order with the utmost care.
Given we’re dealing with an organic, completely live product, bruises on one or two petals can be expected over time. They can be plucked out without changing the overall aesthetic quality of the arrangement, and you’ll be back to having the perfect bloom.
That said, if you spot unacceptable defects that make your arrangement look less appealing, please contact us with a photo of the item immediately upon receiving your order.
If you don’t spot any defects, well, please contact us anyway. It gets a little quiet sometimes!
If you notice your bouquet looking less appealing with time, quickly put them in a cold room (A/C) and keep it away from sunlight. You can pluck out any petals which have developed bruises.
We’re super responsive between 10:00am to 6:00pm, Mondays-Fridays. Deliveries all week across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and pickup at Damansara Jaya.
