Orders, Shipping & Returns

Overview

At Everyday Flowers, we strive to make your floral experience with us beautiful, pleasant, and hassle-free. By understanding our policies on ordering, shipping and returns, we can ensure your bouquets bring joy every time.

Quality

  • We pride ourselves on delivering your order at peak freshness. That said, in the unlikely event that your flowers arrive damaged or you are unhappy with the standard of your bouquet, or your purchase experience with us, please contact us within 12-hours of your order, and we will do our utmost best to resolve the issue. 
  • Given the organic nature of flowers, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of these products are for illustrative purposes only, and the resulting product may vary slightly from its images. 

Changes and Cancellations

  • Any minor changes to your order, such as to change the delivery address, delivery time, or special message, need to be made at least 24-hours before delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • For changes to your bouquet, such as changing specific flowers on customized bouquets, please make them at least 5 working days before delivery. Please note that changes here may incur additional costs.
  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all orders are final, and we do not returns. We also do not accept cancellations except when it is the result of stock limitations on our end.

Orders

  • Full payment has to be made before we proceed to design/arrange your bouquet. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered.
  • As stock is often subject to market availability, please note that if any of the flowers you want aren’t available, we will automatically substitute the unavailable flower with something of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
  • All orders are final, and it is your responsibility to use any discount code available to you.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders without explanation. In such cases, we’ll offer you a full refund if it happens. We may also hold orders suspected of abuse or fraud until further investigation.

Shipping

  • We only deliver across Klang Valley between Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays except Valentine’s, Mother’s Day and Christmas. 
  • To qualify for Same Day Deliveries (for products marked Same Day Delivery Available), orders need to be made before 12pm each day.
  • Delivery fee is calculated according to zones. Your delivery fee will be added as soon as you enter your address upon checkout. 
  • You will also have the option to self-pickup your order. Self-pickup location is at Damansara Jaya, and the exact address will be provided after order confirmation. 
  • Please ensure the delivery address and your contact details (mobile) and that of the receiver is correct. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and the receive are reachable on the mobile number you provide. We do not provide refunds for undeliverable addresses, uncontactable receivers, or orders that had to be altered without your approval (e.g. substituting an item because of limited stock) because you were uncontactable. Should you notice that a mistake was made, please contact us immediately (preferably 12 hours before delivery), and we will do our best to make adjustments. That said, we cannot guarantee rectifications can be made for incorrect delivery addresses once shipping has been scheduled (usually closer to the delivery).
  • If no one is available to receive the order at the exact address provided, we will contact you (the sender) and provide you with 2 options: (A) Leave the order with colleagues, receptionists, family members, friends, neighbors, security guards at the stated address OR (B) reschedule the delivery for an additional RM50. If you are uncontactable within 10 minutes of our courier’s arrival, we’ll automatically go for Option A. And we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
  • You can select your preferred date for your order to be delivered, but please note that we reserve the right to change it due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you immediately should this happen.
  • Adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain, floods, major infrastructure faults, supplier or partner issues, unrest or acts of violence, may cause delays in delivery that are beyond our control. We will do our utmost best to ensure the order gets there once travel to your intended address is safe, but please note we are unable to offer refunds for affected orders.
