Cancellations made 24 hours before delivery incur a 50% charge of the total order cost. Orders that are already prepared and en route cannot be canceled. For any changes, please contact us directly at +6014-663-4913.
Occasionally, specific flowers in your bouquet may go out of stock. When this happens, we’ll automatically replace them with items of similar or higher value while maintaining the overall look of your arrangement – at no extra cost.
To ensure secure and worry-free transactions for all customers, we only accept payments through credit cards and ipay88.
For self-collection, select “Self Pickup” during Checkout page. Indicate your estimated collection date and time in the order notes, and make sure it falls after the minimum order before days indicated on the product.
Our studio is located at Damansara Jaya, PJ. You can collect your flowers anytime between 9am – 7pm daily.
We do not currently offer walk-in purchases as we operate primarily online. Please order through our website or call us for any inquiries.
We deliver Monday to Friday from 10 am-6 pm.
Different arrangements have specific minimum timeframes (e.g. some take 3 days for us to prepare, others take 2 days). Please check the minimum timeframe next to each product before placing your order.
For arrangements that qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12 pm for us to deliver on the same-day.

To keep your flowers fresh, remove the wrappers, trim the stems, and place them in a vase with water. Keep them away from direct heat and in a cool environment to prolong their life.
