How to Shop @ teeco.my?

–        Step 1: Pick your product and click “Add to cart”.

–        Step 2: At Shopping Cart page, you can enter a Coupon Code to enjoy discounts (if applicable). Once completed, click the “Proceed To Checkout” button.

–        Step 3: Key in the “Billing details” and “Shipping Details”.

–        Step 4: Complete Payment via ipay88.

 

–         Can I cancel my order?

Once payment has been confirmed accepted by bank, no further changes can be made. We strongly advise you to carefully review and modify your order before you click on Place Order.

–        Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive confirmation by bank on your payment approval, therefore, we are unable to cancel or change your order. However, You can return the merchandise which you had not ordered or the damaged to us by contacting us.

–        What Are Teeco Promo Codes?

Teeco promo codes are codes that can be applied to your order to receive a discount. These range from free shipping to discounts on your purchases.

Returns Policy

–        What Is Your Return Policy?

We only accept products which you had not ordered or the damaged to us by contacting us.  return if  All worn, used, or washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.

–        Can I get a cash refund?

There will not have any cash refund. All returns will be converted to store credits which you can use to exchange with other items or keep it for future use.

 

Delivery & Shipping

–        What Is Your Shipping Policy?

We will take 1-2 working days to process the order and deliver it to you right after. It will take about 7 – 10 days to the receiving dates. We will notify you when the order had been processed through email. You will be notified in due time when rare cases of unforseen circumstances which delay the shipping process occur.

–        Shipping area?

We are currently only serve shipping to Peninsular Malaysia only.

–        How can I check the delivery fees?

Kindly add the product into the cart. At the “Shopping Cart” page,  you can click “Click here to check your delivery fees” at cart total. Insert the shipping postcode into the ZIP section to check the rate.

–        Can I do Self-collection?

Of course! Key in “-” into the Shipping Address section and then type 47650 into the postcode bar during check out. Remember to select “Self pickup at One Space at One City” at total section. Do let us know the estimated collection time at Remark bar.

–        When & Where should I go for Self Collection?

Our office is located at One Space at One City. Please type “One Space at One City” on Waze.  (You will see One Space lobby on your left & Artwash Laundry/ D’Warung on your right). As our office building need access card to go in hence you may park your car nearby/ roadside, call us when reaching so our colleague can pass the products to you personally.

            Self collection time is Mon-Fri 11am-7pm (except Public Holiday).
